Wholesale Terms

Minimum order value

Our minimum order is $250 excluding GST. This excludes the cost of delivery.

At our discretion, we may choose to accept an order below this minimum, subject to an administration charge.

Manual order processing

You may place an order by email or phone, however orders placed in this way incur a $15 processing fee.

Payment

We offer a prepaid or 30 day account.

For prepaid accounts, payment is required prior to the order being processed and despatched.

A credit account allows payment 30 days from the invoice date.

Our credit account is suitable for businesses spending an average of $300+ per month and can provide three trade references and a signed directors guarantee. You can apply for a credit account with us after placing at least three proforma (prepaid) orders. Proforma payments demonstrate your credit worthiness and establish a trading history.

We reserve the right to decline an application or withdraw an exisiting credit term.

Freight and delivery

Freight charges are based on the weight and size of an order, and its destination.

We cannot accept a PO Box address. Please provide a street address or delivery of your order will be delayed.

We despatch orders within 2 business days. During busy periods (such as during seasonally busy times), our handling times may increase an extra day or so.

We can deliver to multiple locations if you operate more than one store, provided the order value for each location meets our minimum order value.

If your order is received with any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt.

In the event of a failed delivery we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage. To avoid additional charges, please check that your delivery address and any delivery instructions are correct before submitting your order. You may choose to opt for "Authority to Leave" ("ATL") at your own risk.

Cancellations or changes to orders

As we are unable to change or add to online orders once submitted, we encourage you to double-check your order before submitting it. Any additions are treated as new orders and may incur an additional delivery fee. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us on 1800 044 722 or email ciao@tekitaly.com.au.
